Management Systems
The ILOG IOLTA Management System provides an integrated approach to managing the separate but related facets of IOLTA responsibilities for managing funds. The base program has been developed and evolved over years of interaction with IOLTA organizations, working to meet their requirements and emerging needs. It has proven field usability, with years of hands-on experience by IOLTA staff as their data management tool. Main features include managing data on banks/accounts, interest rates, law firms, and reporting.
The IOLTA Management System is the foundation of the Solution Suite and utilizes internet based technology to provide a web based, scalable, customizable and flexible software component. In addition to the base attorney and revenue tracking the IOLTA Management System provides:

Larger IOLTA programs will appreciate the ability to host locally with ongoing Information Logistics support, while smaller programs may prefer the reduced administrative costs and responsibilities of the remotely hosted solution.

Online Account Enrollment
The Online Account Enrollment provides attorneys and firm administrators with a secure website to identify law firm affiliation, add/update trust account information, and submit annual certification. Attorney information is then available for IOLTA administrators through the IOLTA Management System (IMS).
Remittance Upload System (RUS)
The Remittance Upload System (RUS) is a separate system that consists of several components and processes to automate the bank remittance process and the automatic setup of deposits. The RUS includes a self-service web portal where banks register, provide periodic remittances, and submit deposits. A function for viewing the account info and uploaded files can be accessed through the IOLTA Management System (IMS).
Unclaimed Funds Reporting
The Unidentified/Unclaimed Funds Reporting website allows attorneys to report funds where it is not reasonably possible for them to be transferred to the appropriate entity. The unidentified/unclaimed funds website can be linked to IOLTA's payment processing gateway to directly transmit payments to the IOLTA.
